CONTEST CANON X BOY

ARTICLE 1

All photos taken by you during, before and after the show on the 13th of July are the total property of Boy Kortekaas and Dimitri Vegas And Like Mike. All intellectual and other rights are for Boy Kortekaas and Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike. You are allowed to use the pictures as promo material on your own social media accounts IF and only if the pictures have previously been posted or used by Dimitri Vegas And Like Mike. As a token of our respect for your work, we will credit your pictures with your Instagram handle when posted on our accounts.

ARTICLE 2

Boy Kortekaas and Canon are not responsible for any kind of accidents, theft or unforeseen events.

ARTICLE 3

While shooting the show you will use your own memory card. Don’t forget to bring one during the event.

ARTICLE 4

During the show you will use the camera equipment of Canon. You are expected to be responsible and handle the material with respect and care. If equipment is lost or broken, the total amount of the reparation cost is to be paid by you.

ARTICLE 5

If we contact you as one of the three winners, your spot is non-transferrable. We will only accept you at the festival grounds. Take a valid ID to the festival to be granted access.

ARTICLE 6

To participate, you have to be of the age of 18+ and with a Belgian nationality.

ARTICLE 7

If you are the winner, you agree to be filmed and captured during the event. You distance yourself from all portrait rights.

ARTICLE 8

You are responsible to get to the event on the 13th of July. We don’t arrange any transport. You won’t be paid for any work regarding the shoot at the 13th of July.

ARTICLE 9

At any time, Boy Kortekaas or Canon can decide to stop this contest and to change anything about the course of the event and contest. We retain the right to remove you from the contest without any explanation.

ARTICLE 10

You are expected to be on time, to behave yourself respectfully, to not consume any alcohol or drugs and to follow the guidance of Boy Kortekaas and Canon.
